Brand should take these actions for trust of customer
The chyawanprash bottle was in small Carton, on which, seal was in open condition. Then when I opened the cap of bottle, there was no seal on the edges of the bottle. How will anyone ensure, if chyawanprash will go bad. Inside seal on bottle should be compulsory to ensure the quality and quantity of chyawanprash. For this much price, company should invest in sealing the bottle properly. All these suggestions are for improvement of your Brand. It will improve trust of the customer in your brand.
