Brickell Men's Daily Advanced Face Care Routine II, Activated Charcoal Facial Cleanser, Face Scrub, Facial Moisturizer Lotion, With Activated Charcoal, Hyaluronic Acid, and Aloe, Scented

I have been looking for a good face routine for quite some time. I have Seborrhea (face dandruff) and get red patches around my eyes, nose and chin. I've tried most of the face washes/scrubs/lotions you can buy at a local store and they sometimes made the redness even worse; forcing me to use hydro-cortisone to treat my affected areas. During my research, I found Brickell's website and decided to give them a try. They are more expensive than the stuff you can get at a local store, but let me tell you it is worth it. The Charcoal face wash works great. It is very gentle on my sensitive skin, and a little goes a long way. There is no overpowering scent and it lathers effectively. The only con I can say is that it is kind of runny, so be prepared or you can dump a lot in your hand at once. The Face scrub has tiny scrubbing particles that work effectively without feeling like you're taking sandpaper to your face like some others. I also noticed that it does not leave a burning sensation if used after shaving. The recommended usage is just 1-2 times a week. The Face lotion requires only about a dime-size drop to cover your entire face. It does not leave a greasy or sticky feeling and also does not burn when used after shaving. 1 bottle lasts approx. 2 months if used twice a day. I followed their guidelines for a morning and evening routine as follows: Morning 1. Charcoal Face wash 5 x a week, face scrub 2 x a week 2. Daily Essential Face Moisturizer 3. Eye Cream Evening 1. Charcoal Face wash 2. Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream 3. Eye Cream Since I have been using this routine, my red spots related to Seborrhea have gone and stayed away. I can't recommend them enough.

I normally only write reviews for very bad or very good products.. Brickell is great, I’ve only used for two days now, but it’s one of those you know how good it is the moment you use it. Especially compared to other things. I have oily skin, plus I live in a very humid area. After the first use skin stayed perfect the whole day, the products really skin like they penetrate the skin and get in the pores. You don’t need to use a lot, it’s not cheap but it’s for sure worth it. Never using anything else again other than brickell.

This is the first face care routine kit I have purchased and so far I am very happy. I've been using it regularly for almost two months now. I have not seen major changes in my skin but overall I think it looks healthy and happy. The real bonus is how quick and easy to use this is. I use the cleanser in the shower and the moisturizer right after. I only use the face scrub a couple times a week. This product may seem a little expensive to some, but the value you are getting is superb. After nearly 2 months of daily use, I have hardly put a dent in the bottles. I probably have about 2/3 of the cleanser and moisturizer left and 95% of the scrub. If you use the amounts as instructed (quarter size for cleanser and dime for moisturizer), this product will last and the value will be readily apparent. The instructed amounts are also just right in terms of application and coverage. Like anything, you need to use this consistently to see results and so far I am happy with the results I have witnessed. Please be sure to let me know if you found this review helpful.

Purifying Charcoal Face Wash- My personal favorite of the set. Doesn't get very lathery, has great moisturizing properties, smells great, gets noticeable results quickly. Compared to other products I have used in the past this face wash certainly takes the cake. Having dry to normal skin I've always had a hard time finding a face wash that didn't overly dry out my face, leaving patches of dry skin but still helped reduce pimples, black heads etc. This one does just that! leaves my skin feeling clean, moisturized, and refreshed without drying out my face. Daily Essential Face Moisturizer- Great gentle moisturizer that doesn't over moisturize dry to normal skin types. However pay close attention to how much you apply. I personally use less product than the bottle recommends, over moisturizing dry skin types can lead to pimples that you are trying to avoid in the first place. Start with the recommended amount and see how your skin reacts, if you notice small pimples try using half the recommended amount. Don't instantly think its a bad moisturizer until you figure out the amount of product that works best for you! Renewing Face Scrub- Gently scrubs away dry skin without making your face red and itchy. Has great energizing properties. Contains aloe vera, avocado butter & vitamin E which helps moisturize the skin after the jojoba beads & pumice remove dry unwanted skin. Great to use before a shave. As with all Brickell Men's products I love that I can read the ingredient list and see nothing but organic substances. They do an excellent job blending things such as Jojoba Oil, Aloe Vera, Olive Oil, Activated Charcoal, Shea Butter, Green tea, and Coffee extract(the main ingredients to all three of these) into products that really work and wont leave you wondering which chemicals you probably shouldn't be putting on your skin (because there are none in Brickell products!)

I bought this set because I wanted to start taking better care of my face. I’ve never been one to have a skin regiment, but my wife convinced me to start. Like a lot of dudes, my whole life, I’ve just used bar soap and shampoo. That’s it. Rather than use my wife’s girly products, I shopped around amazon and came across this. I used the set as prescribed, and my face has never felt better. I wish I knew about these products before, or did more than just use a bar of soap to was my face. After using these products, my face felt really clean, soft, and moisturized. I have also noticed that my skin is clearer and smoother since I started using it. I also find the scent to be pleasing, which feels cool, fresh, and minty. I’m really happy with the purchase, and I might use this as a gift idea for my family or friends, who, like me didn’t know what they were missing.

Huge overall fan of Brickell products. As a 40 something male with less than stellar skin I've tried countless premium face wash, moisturizers and scrubs. All have had varying effects but nothing that lasted more than a few weeks. I'm happy to say that after 2+ months my facial skin has never been better thanks to Brickell products. They are pricey but they actually work. My favorite is the charcoal face wash. I was highly skeptical of a charcoal face wash as I thought it would be just a gimmick but I've never had a face wash more thoroughly clean my face and not dry it out. Probably the best thing about the company is they actually stand by their products and offer very generous samples of virtually every product they carry so you can try before you buy. I also use the day/night serums to good effect. They are very pricey but I use them very sparingly on trouble spots so it lasts a long time. As someone in a customer facing role my looks are important to my job. Thanks to Brickell I have a lot more confidence in customer meetings now. I'll probably still try other brands from time to time but Brickell will absolutely be my foundation for facial skin care.

I'm really glad I ran across Brickell Mens' facial skin-care products. I can't really comment on the rest of their lines yet, like hair-care and body lotions. I had an upper-eyelid blepharoplasty several months ago, so hence my need for a reliable, very good skin care regime for the rest of my face. I have been using the charcoal facial wash, the daily facial moisturizer, eye balm, the exfoliating scrub, and the anti-aging cream- although not everything every day. I sort of rotate. I wash and moisturize at least twice per day, and the results have been pretty remarkable over the past several months (I have also bought products directly from the Brickell website). They tell you about how long each item will last if used as directed, and it has been entirely accurate, if not generous. While no skin care product can give you the results plastic surgery can, I can attest to what this line has done for me: The skin on my face has a much more even tone and texture and always looks healthy if not a bit radiant (is that the right word I guess?). I will absolutely continue to use Brickell despite the fact that they are a little more expensive than what you can buy on sale in a drug store. If you want your skin to look good for as long as it possibly can, this definitely delivers. I have very sensitive skin, and I've never had such consistent, positive results before. I'd go 3.5 if I could. It's not bad. But the price is not great for some rather runny face wash. The smell is fantastic however. But it feels more like thick aftershave than cleanser. The face scrub and the moisturizer are good. Overall, it's too much for too little.

This is by far my favorite three products from the Brickell men's line, you can really feel the face scrub working when you apply and work it into the skin, as well, the charcoal facial cleanser feels amazing on the skin. I would highly recommend using this product if you are fed up using the same old facial cleansers without feeling actually clean and refreshed, or if your just looking for something new to try and are unsure which direction you want to go. This is one product I will admit is a bit pricey BUT, it is well worth the cost. My Fiancé even uses the face scrub on her skin and she loves how smooth and clean she feels afterwards. *Great Product*

The Brickell products are incredible. I'm a middle aged guy who has been dealing with progressive skin challenges the last few years especially in the winter and at times of stress. Blemishes, acne and dry patches that burn after shaving especially during cold Canadian winters. I'd been waiting on a referral to a dermatologist when I stumbled on a review of these products and ordered a few. I've tried several other product lines and never get through a few weeks before giving up. I've been using the Brickell cleanser, shave cream and aftershave daily, the scrub a couple times a week and the moisturizer a few times per week. My skin has cleared up 80% and continues to improve weekly. I no longer use prescription cream on dry spots, face is clear and my wife says my "tone" is even across my face. This stuff is non greasy, subtle but very effective. Smells great too... in a natural unobtrusive way. I just can't say enough about this line. I never thought I'd find myself talking up "mens facial products" with others but here I am doing so! Btw I have not followed through with setting up appointment with dermatologist. PS At first I thought the prices were too high given that I'm used to paying "Dove" prices but I can say now that there is real value in this line. Cleanser, moisturizer and aftershave last forever because you use so little. I shave daily so the shave cream only lasts 5-6 weeks. PSS try the sample starter if they are running the promo. It's how I got started.
