I purchased this set for my 8 year old son for Halloween and didn't have enough time to return and get something else. The hat was bent and cheap. The tie is much too short for an eight year old, I would expect that with the larger size the tie length should increase as well, but that was not the case. We scrambled and bought a tie somewhere else to make it work. Check out other options
