Solid build quality - I use daily
Dont let the fact that these are the smallest bands in the TRX range get to you. You can always double them up and expand your collection buy purchasing a yellow bands later. The handles are great and prevent the pinching you might get especially when using narrow bands and also help you push harder on the bands with comfort. I use these daily for high rep isolation work. The increasing tension as you stretch them more hits your body in a different way to free weights and I've seem increased mobility, strength, size and better recovery using these. I hope to use the pair of blue / green band for speed bench work but I haven't had a chance to do this yet. I have used them in conjunction with dumbbells for stuff like strict curls were they work well together to add a few extra kilos to the top of the lift were dumbbell tension drop offs (accommodating resistance).

Poor quality
One of the bands snapped during first use. Product is being sent back.

Broken within 2 weeks!
Snapped by a 14yr working out. Only had it for 2 weeks. Not impressed!
