desertcart.com : ZOHAN 035 Bluetooth 5.4 Shooting Ear Protection Earmuff, Active Noise Canceling, Hearing Protection with Sound Amplification (Green Bluetooth) : Sports & Outdoors Review: Great headset, love them always use them - My favorite range earmuffs. I love the Bluetooth and how you can hear people as clear as day. Even when you’re in the middle of a field operation (for my military folks) you can hear everyone plain as day even with massive gunfire going on. I wore them multiple times in the rain out on the range or in the field and haven’t had any issues. Even with grenades and machine gun fire they work very well at keeping those loud noises down. Comfortable and fit great. Battery life is good. No complaints. Review: These are very very good!! - These might be the only Bluetooth headphones I own that I don't absolutely hate operating. You can choose to use them normally or turn on the Bluetooth with the button. It connects easily upon already being paired before, and is really easy to use on the fly!! It's a bit quiet though, so I wouldn't recommend using it with something like as someone described, a jackhammer? But maybe mowing the lawn or going to the shooting range would be a lot more practical with the music playing in the back and easily being turned on and off with the volume slider. Also there's controls for pausing and playing + Skipping and rewinding too!

Good but needs some improvement
These are comfortable to wear but the noise canceling feature is annoying as there is a constant speaker humming noise from the speaker when it is turned on. It would be so much better if they would just beep when turned on and no noise heard during the remainder of the time. Unless a noise is made for it to amplify.

Great for the money.
Fit is snug and secure. The speakers in the muffs are pretty good. Ambient volume increase function is clear and the music/voice/call clarity with BT is good....now you need to remember these are $65 hearing protectors, not BEATS or BOSE so don't expect that great, full range bass and crystal clear audio, if you do, that's a you problem. The weight isn't bad at all, the wide headband distributes the weight great. As far as the comfort level goes, I've worn pricier equipment that doesn't feel as good after a day at the range. Battery life, I've only had them 2 days thus far but I used reeaaaally cheap batteries and have left them on and they're still going strong. Range is great, line of sight is at least 40 ft with no interruption. Overall, they work well for their intended purpose and the NRR is acceptable for everything up to my .308 with a muzzle break (it'll make you cry without hearing protection).

nice,,,, but limited
i bought a set of these after a set of prohear muff quit on me,,,, the sound quality was better, the battery life was about the same but the killer was bluetooth distance...... some times it mite be 30 feet, with clear open line of site other times it would be as little as 10 feet...... seemd to be just what ever it felt like doing i even tried pairing it up with a old phone (with no service activation) and no other blue tooth devices paired and it seemed to make no differance ,,,,,,, when they work, they work great.... but the draw backs would cause me to search for a different product if these that i own quit

Cheap clones are cheap.
I picked these up for MotoGP. Sound is very 'tinny'. I own a set of quality ear-pro. And these do not compare. They pick up a lot of ambient noise. They are effective at reducing the more intense noises. The sound isolation is lacking. BUT, for the price, they are not terrible. Good at the track. Did what I wanted them to do. Which was reduce the big noise, and still allow me to have conversations without popping an ear off. If you're searching for a budget option with the same quality, these are not it. If you want something that shares the utility, but don't want to spend a full paycheck on the competitor, these are good enough.

One of the worst hearing protectors I've ever used
I wanted a pair of hearing protectors with microphones to hear the outside while I'm working (I work at a tire shop). This pair advertised that feature, so I decided to get them. First off, these are not very comfortable to wear. The ear pads are very hard and take a long time to take shape. The headband will get uncomfortable quickly especially when you're not wearing a cap. And they really don't muffle that well, which is what they are for! Now for the worst part, the bluetooth and microphones. Let's start with the microphones. These are by far the worst sounding hearing protectors I have ever heard! The microphone is mono which means it's not surround sound like our ears are. So when you turn your head, the sound stays the same which makes me dizzy because it is extremely disorientating. Not only that, but the audio quality is so bad it honestly makes me laugh. And then for the bluetooth. The audio quality is just absolutely a joke. A 1$ pair of ear buds from Dollar Tree sound way better than this piece of junk. If you're looking for a pair of hearing protectors with microphones so you can hear the outside, stay away from these things!! I can't believe someone can get away with making something this bad. They are just, terrible!

Def recommend this hearing protection for the range or sport shoot. Bluetooth features are great. Used it heaps. Good value and works well. You can adjust both volumes separately.

Look, it's a good simple headset but how the outside sound gets transferred into your ears via mics and speakers is, how do I describe this? Very one dimensional. Say a gun gets fired from your right, once the sound goes through both speakers you won't be able to pinpoint where the outside sound is coming from. Not bagging this device, I should've read the description and done a bit more research. The Bluetooth option is really cool though, it is loud enough for me to hear doing what I do so I still use these but not when I need to hear exactly where certain noises are coming from, for that I need the expensive pair.

I bought these earmuffs for work around aircraft with the ability to connect my uhf radio for communication with the team. When connecting the headphone jack you have to have to turn it turned on and it has a constant statics and beeping buzz that makes them really bad to use. I tried buying a high-quality jack cable to reduce this but that didn't work. Also, the volume is so low it makes it difficult to hear anything. I think its static from the Bluetooth. From what I could workout is you must have it turned on to utilise the function of connecting the radio. On the positive, they are comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time.
