Dykes Needle Nose Pliers Extra Long Needle Nose Plier (6-Inch)

very narrow tip but also very strong, my new favorite by far.

I had a specific problem where I needed something with a longer reach than the pliers I had. These were long enough but didn't quite grab what I was reaching for. Regardless, I know I'll find a use for them. They're narrower than any of my current ones and will work for a lot of things I've been using tweezers or hemostats for. Bonus: they have a spring.

They are strong and easy to use. Made In China can go either way, but this one is nice, and I use it regularly. Nice to know I would have easily returned them if they were no good.

The Dykes 6-Inch Needle Nose Pliers offer solid performance and a comfortable grip for various DIY tasks. Their extra-long design makes reaching into tight spaces effortless. However, the tips are not perfectly flush, which might affect precision when handling extremely fine wires. Despite this minor alignment issue, they remain a sturdy and functional tool for general home and shop use.

Unsure about these, was under the understanding that these pliers are precision machined. There are noticable gaps that can affect the intricate wire work ill be doing. Otherwise weight and size is good, smooth action, fits in hand nicely, good grips. But yeah precision machining is off..

The pliers work great, but I've cut myself on the joint a number of times. Take out a file and smooth out those sharp edges.

Great pliers, long nose, good for very fine work. No grip on the working faces - but that is what I wanted. Would recommend
