These were easy to install, once I read the instructions and figured out there was a number stamped on each (1, 2, 3). I had to uninstall the first set to install in order but it was quick and easy. The worst part was the years of lubricant that i had sprayed on the track. I replaced these and the rollers and the garage door is very snug and as of today, which is really windy, there are zero cracks and the door isn't moving. It's a two-car door and solid wood and these brackets hold it quite nicely to the frame where I used to have a ½" to ¾" gap. I added new nylon rollers to the mix and I can't even hear the door while it's in motion unless I'm in the garage.

The green hinge works as advertised and keeps the garage door sealed like it should. Hinges are four times heavier duty than the stock hinges and should last for years. Easy to install with original screws in original holes.

Amazing Product, I have been working on making my garage an office and gym so insulation has been vital. The garage being a large obstacle has definitely been a pain but this project seals it up nice. Installed the day we had heavy winds and sure it was compromised by a few heavy gusts but the it seals back immediately with no residual shakes. With my weather stripping installed, there is no air leaks. Btw, that green and gold is beautiful

Impressive! Great instructions included and there are videos you can watch for install. These were easy to install! Very impressed how well they work to keep the doors pressed against weatherstripping. Also impressed at the build quality of these. Substantial thickness and quality made! I thought they seemed expensive but the quality and end result is worth every penny. I also ordered a set (different company) of new nylon ball bearing rollers. Since I had the hinges off, it made sense to upgrade the rollers too. Worth the money to keep debris, wind and rain from entering in through gaps on the sides. During strong winds the doors would move in and out. Fixed that too! Highly recommend.

Overall these seem like a decent product. It took some figuring out on my part to see how they would screw into my Horman door frame. I asked a question of tech support on if these would work with my brand door and weren't helpful in saying "we don't know". They could've also said, "but we'll find out and get back with you" however they did not. After seeing how the hinges best lined up with the originals I noticed the rotational point of these hinges differed significantly (about an inch out from the door face). The original hinges were flush with the face of the door and the slabs interlocked so I wanted to make sure it was as close to that as possible. After installing them I noticed the door bowing in the middle when raising and lowering due to the 1 inch difference in the middle hinge that I did not replace. Since I wanted to keep these, I decided to replace the middle hinges with similar style hinges where the hinge point is roughly 1" away from the door. When installing these I did notice the door slabs had been bent a little from running it up and down those few times with the original hinges still in the middle. Installation time for the green hinges took about 2 hours, but the basic middle hinges took 5 minutes. There are still some pops in the hinge springs occasionally on starting and stopping but overall they are pretty quiet. I did also replace the rollers, and added some plastic sleeves. Added pic of the original vs green hinge to give an idea of the 1" hinge point difference.

THESE DO WORK!! I am impressed on how much of a difference these made in makin a tight seal, especially on the windy day I installed them. A++ for functionality, and A+++ on ease in install. The YouTube person I looked at was spot on about these. I recommend them for noise reduction (along with nylon rollers) and sealing properties.

Just installed mine. They are totally legit. I still think they're overpriced for what they are, but my garage door is running but very smooth now. I combine this with new rollers and a lot of silicone spray. Seems to help with both the seal (less wintry air blowing in the sides) and the noise. I'm queuing up the Gold version for my door that is over 12ft, this was just a trial and it went perfectly.

Install was straight forward. Definitely more solid and quieter than the original springs. We had 40 to 45 mph winds blowing at our garage door yesterday and these hinges kept the door in contact with the seal.

The new door hinge set worked so well. The door wouldn’t open at all. I had to put 1 & 2 in the 3&4 spot to get the door to open. Still a wee bit of a struggle. But better than the winds blowing through my garage like the door was open. Though for $300.00 Dollars, I would expect all hinges be on the door and it operate normally.

It fits perfectly and helped with the garage door and sealed the door so it doesn’t leak cold wind. Remember to check the numbers on the hinges so that they fit properly
