Better off looking for something without fillers
I am taking it and having bad stomach issues. Maybe it’s the filler in it?

Good value but perhaps not too effective
Bought this as an alternative to my previously preferred brand which shot up in price. The old brand lactoferrin managed to reverse my mum's anaemia fairly quickly, but these haven't been as great unfortunately. Resorted to switching to high dose gentle iron supplements instead.

It works
Took it for just two days and my energy levels improved which indicates that my iron levels have too. It also seems to be killing bacteria in my gut/body because I have woken up with better smelling morning breath.

Bloodwork shows it works and improved levels by 10-15% in few months
My ferritin level went up after few months. That’s all that really counts for me. No change in energy, easy to swallow. No impact on iron absorption.

This is a wonderful preventative with easy to swallow pill and no aftertaste
I was surprised at how well this worked for me, especially now that school is in season and kids are bringing home all sorts of pathogens. There's no aftertaste, no weird side effects. Just that happy feeling of normality!
