Got this as a gift and she loved it! Looks exactly like the picture, it's what you'd expect from a recipe box

When I was a little girl, I’d pick little daisies just like these in our backyard and give them to my grandmother. She’d always make a big deal about them and put them in a vase. She taught me how to cook and I wanted to write down her recipes and put them somewhere safe. I found this recipe box and just knew I had to have it. It’s SO pretty in person and feels like it’ll last forever. I love it so much and think of my grandma every time I look at it. I knew it didn’t come with dividers or recipe cards which I was fine with because I wanted a specific style of both and I was able to purchase those separately to suit my tastes. It’s big but I like to think that just means plenty of room for future recipes. :) Update: it’s been nearly two years and I still love this recipe box. It’s held up in two moves and quite a few family trips (I take it with us when we visit family so we can add to it as needed). We’ve been adding new recipes and there’s still tons of room.

I was looking for a small box to hold our daily verse memorization cards. I found some beautiful ones but they ran upwards of $30. I did not want to spend that much on a tin box, or even more on a wooden one. This one was perfect, it was the right size, matte finish, and beautiful design. The gold plate was installed crooked so I ordered a replacement from the seller and will be getting it today. It fits our card nicely with room to grow.

I bought this box for my granddaughter, who is a senior in high school. She wanted me to give her copies of her favorite recipes. This box seems to be well-made and should last her for many years. The design is exactly as pictured online. I love the "fresh" look of the lemons! It is tall enough to accommodate the file dividers I bought, as well as a lot of 4x6" recipe cards. The lid, as some have mentioned, is a snug fit, but I consider that a plus. A note: cards and dividers are not included. However, they are readily available on line, or you can do what I do and type up and print the recipes on cardstock and cut to size.

Nice quality tin, made out of a matte wrap coating. I fear it will rust if near water. If nicked, it will chip the wrap. My issue is how snug the lid is on the tin. I really have to pull to Get it off. Over time I fear it will tear the coating on the bottom part of the tin near the rim from excessive rubbing. I used this for my prayer cards. Cards created are 4x5. Pretty deep tin and holds a lot of space. Here I have 100 cardstock sheets in the tin. Also the “recipes” note card on the front is made from card stock and is removable. Just flip it and title the box how you want. Overall pretty good tin. Love the design. Was exactly what I was looking for.

Got this to replace a wooden recipe box that broke when it slipped out of my hands :-( Loved the graphics on this - matched my kitchen curtains and was so cheery looking. The box is metal so I won't worry about it breaking if it gets dropped. The cover is sturdy and tight so it won't come open if dropped either. It holds All my recipes plus additional cards. Love it!

Tin is a perfect fit for my 4x6 recipe cards. They can move a tiny bit side to side too so they're easy to remove and put back in. Lid can be a little hard to get off but that's fine. Keeps my recipe cards safe. In picture I have 100 cards in protectors + 20 dividers. Can probably hold another 50 of the same style cards? Good size for my needs.

Perfect! And bigger than I expected for some reason even though I knew it fit 4 x 6 cards it’s roomy and quite tall! :) It looks so pretty on the counter. Very happy, thanks!
