I'm a 37" and it fits me comfortably, but there are snaps to tighten it up by at least 3" more so you should be good. **Q: What size waist will the 4xl fit** A: What size are you? **Q: 1. Is this a good quality wrap 2. What size should fit 33/ 34” waist?** A: Yes, it is a good quality wrap. I personally liked it but it was a gift for my husband and he did not like it and so I had to return it.
