Natural oils calm allergies😊
I find if I take it with a little food- even a few crackers , then I don't have the after taste. It helps with seasonal allergies

Fantastic product especially if you are tired of taking Rx or OTC (over the counter) alternatives that either do not provide relief or cause harmful side effects. I began using this product (March 22, 2016) and felt a significant improvement within an hour. The phlegm in the back of my throat from nasal discharge was significantly reduced, and I did not suffer with watery itchy eyes, sneezing, or severe nasal discharge as I typically do. The directions recommend 1-2 softgels daily as needed, yet I have been virtually symptom free using only 1 gelcap per day. I am very pleased and surprised at how fast I felt relief. I also began using (March 25, 2016) doTerra 'Breathe,' a blended oil used for a recently purchased Aromique Essential Oil Diffuser. I placed 3 drops into 100ml of tap water, and felt almost immediate relief upon smelling the vapor. My nasal passages were wide open, and previous throat phlegm and nasal mucus were gone! I left the diffuser on for (4) hours, then went to sleep later and had a very restful, undisturbed sleep. Before purchasing this product I did thorough research and read numerous customer reviews. Though I do not suffer from dry, sinus pressure like other allergy sufferers, I can attest to this product significantly reducing or eliminating my sneezing, watery itchy eyes, throat phlegm and severe nasal discharge with post nasal drip.
