Best notebook ever!
This is the perfect notebook for someone who does want to spend money on several regular write throw away notebooks. I have only had this notebook for about 11 hours and wrote on it for about 2 and so far it is the best purchase ever. I’m currently a freshman in high school and need to write down notes pretty extensively. However with the amount of detail I put in my notes it makes me spend so much money on regular notebooks that I will throw away after I’m done. With this notebook it’s as simple as. Write. Wipe. Reuse. The pen it originally comes with is not very pigmented and does not really write well. Luckily I planed for this and bought the other pens in the frixion line and they are so good! I have not tried the markers but I’ve heard they aren’t great. They do not bleed through as most notebooks would. The design is great and it feels like new everytime you open it. Would 110% recommend this. Though it is 40$ it is so worth it!!!

It’s awesome!
I purchased this for a new job. I love it! The Rocketbook app was super easy to set up and to send to the different platforms you want them to go to. Most importantly, it is reusable. Being in CA everyone is all about renewables/eco friendly.. It gives the traditional paper/notes feel vs. a digital pad (Which I prefer). The only thing is, if you work for an organization that requires MFA to send the notes to box, one note etc. they may not allow the app .. but you can send it to your email, which is fine. I’m glad I purchased this, would definitely purchase as a gift or recommend to others.

Was excited to try it….
But the pen doesn’t work so I haven’t gotten to see how well it works.

Amazing!!
Very sleek, easy to carry around, durable, and nice to look at! I love the pre-printed pages they offer, and it's so easy to erase your work clean off and start over. It saves a lot of space and overuse of paper.

Favorite purchase of 2024 so far
I'm constantly writing, whether it's taking notes, writing lists, drafting projects, using sticky notes, etc and rocketbook has not only cut back on all of my paper usage, it allows me to digitize anything I would need to keep. The feature that allows me to search within uploaded texts also is a win for convenience. Plus, the frixion pen works on rocketbook and regular paper if I need to sign something quickly! Already purchased another for my roommate!

A friend of mine has this, and she showed me hers. This has been an absolute game changer for all of the meetings that I attend. I’ve sent the notes that I take to a number of people and we referred back to them. Absolutely recommend.

Love this because I can upload all my journaling into one secure location, without having to worry about misplacing my journal and or someone inadvertently reading it :). So easy to use and love the way the pen writes, very smooth.

EDIT I can now say without hesitation that I do NOT recommend this product after further reading I discovered that these pages are only usable for so long. That was not mentioned anywhere with the info I got, which I read carefully to ensure I was properly carrying for my book! And because I was doing a daily study, I would write my notes over about 5 pages, scan them, then erase them for the next day. So no wonder my book suddenly became unusable! If this thing can't handle a single 6 month class (and these problems showed up only a couple months in), it's not worth the money. /EDIT It isn't as clean and easy as they advertise it - at least it wasn't for me, I'm unsure if this is due to a flaw in the manufacturing in my book or not. First of all, the black pen that came with the book wore out very quickly. That was fine, I picked up some more, and they also work well. Smooth, even writing, good ink flow, easy to clean off. However, I bought this specifically for class notes, so I wanted a variety of colors to make the notes more readable. I bought both a PILOT Frixion 4 Color Ballpoint Pen and it wouldn't write properly right out of the pack. The ink cut in and out making the writing unreadable unless I went over it multiple times. I then bought a 4 pack of individually colored Frixion pens, purple, pink, turquoise, and light green. The green was completely useless from the start, it's too pale to read. The purple never writes properly. The blue and green will write properly IF I let the ink start flowing and IF I make sure the tips remain angled down even when I'm not using them... MOST of the time. Even then sometimes they refuse to write. And now back to the book itself, I'm using the lined pages for my notes, and on both sides of 2 or 3 of those pages, I have an issue where the pens don't work reliably on the last 1/4 of the page or so. I don't know if it's a manufacturing defect or what, but I finally took a regular ink pen to make a small mark at the point on every page where I can no longer write notes, because it was getting so frustrating. I've attached photos of this issue - you can see exactly where it starts, and you can also see that not only is writing on that part of the page near impossible, wiping it off completely also isn't as effective. Is it a coating issue? Who knows, but for a $50 notebook, it is pretty frustrating. My only additional nitpick is that I'm not thrilled that there is no option for binding other than spiral coil. In my experience this binding does not hold up over time and also has a tendency to snag pages, and indeed I've only owned it for 5 weeks and have already had to carefully un-bend and flatten some of the inner bottom corners one at a time because the coil was catching on them, bending them out of shape, and making it hard to turn pages without damaging them further. Do I recommend this product? Oof, tough call! I do still like the basic premise, and technically the notebook does (mostly) work, and it does have its good sides: - helping me continue taking handwritten notes (which help me memorize a lot easier) while not having to manually type them in - saving paper - saving me having to take care of paper notes which I've never been able to without losing them constantly either them getting split out and never put back, or spilling something on them However with the wide variety of performance (or lack thereof) of the pens, and the random "unwriteable" areas, it still feels like an "early access" purchase to me, and $50 is pretty steep for a partially functioning product. I guess my response to anyone wondering if they should try it is ".... maybe? I guess? Possibly?" The 5 star and 1 star reviews here both have legitimate remarks. It's going to be a very individual choice. And that's why I'm falling straight in the middle with a 3 star review, which we all know nobody ever reads!
