Hydration packets work good

We Keep Buying Them
We have purchaed several bags of Liquid I.V. and enjoy it very much. A little big strong for our taste buds so we only use 1/2 a pack to 16oz of water.

Not my favorite flavor
I ended up with Tropical Punch as a Black Friday purchase but couldn’t buy other flavors on sale. I bought in bulk, so to end up with a flavor that wasn’t the best I’ve had was a bit disappointing. Liquid IV does the job for heavy workouts, but so far, I’d say Strawberry is a better option. Thankfully, Prime Day sales means I can try the other flavors, but Tropical Punch almost makes cold water taste warmer, so it’s less refreshing than it could be. Try it before committing to a bulk purchase.
