Honeystore Vintage Lace UV Sun Parasol Folding 3D Flower Embroidery Umbrella

This is a beautiful parasol. I live where it can get up to 112 in the summer, and I'm prone to migraines in the heat or intense sunlight, so just walking short distances can bring on intense headaches. I've loaned this out to co-workers who need to leave our building to go to other buildings nearby for meetings and they've noticed a big difference, too, in how much cooler they stay. Plus, it's absolutely gorgeous. It's worth every penny. It's compact and easy to carry when I'm not using it (in the morning on the way into the office), and offers full coverage when opened. A little bit of the decorative glitter comes off, but not enough to make a mess. The only negative is that I can't hang it on a hook the way I can my umbrellas because it will open slightly. So, I have to store it laying flat.

This is the first parasol I have bought and I am absolutely pleased. I was afraid that it would look cheap and would be shoddily constructed. However, the embroidered designs and sequence are all well done and the construction of the parasol as a whole is well made. I bought the triple folding one to put into my purse/bag for when I go out (for any reason). I live in New Mexico and the sun is very direct and has become somewhat painful due to medications I take, but the parasol has worked great. I am shielded from the worst of the heat and is pretty wind resistant. The only negative or two is that the case that holds the parasol is extremely hard to get back in after the first fold. I would have also loved a bigger loop to put over my wrist. Otherwise, it is far prettier and well made than I would have believed and thought. If only they had complimentary fans to go with the parasol I would be set. I would definitely recommend and am gonna buy a few more for different occasions. **UPDATE** So I have had this parasol for over a year and it is truly a pleasure to use. I continuously receive compliments from people, and I am more than happy to tell them where I got it on Amazon. I also inform them that it is not just pretty but absolutely effective at protecting me from the sun. I live in New Mexico and the average temperature has been in the 90's so I use it to go to and from my appointments and errands. I don't even fold it all the way down as it slides into my purse (its medium to large purse). If there was anything I would change it would be the length of the handle. I would like it to be a few inches longer as I have a shoulder and arm injury and keeping my arm lifted, even slightly, for any period aggravates my injury. However, the usefulness makes it worth the discomfort. The other change would be to the handles itself. It is cute but almost impractical. I would love it to be a handle to slide my fingers through to have a more solid hold onto it Again, it is not such an issue that it prevents me from taking it with me everywhere. Now, that I have found out how great it is, I am about to buy several more to have for different outfits, events etc...If anyone is thinking to buy one, this is a great one to start out on. This looked even better in person! It looked great with my regency outfit at the Jane Austen festival. And it was waterproof! It’s very sturdy, easy to use and held up over a weekend of hard use.

Just got this, so first impressions. This umbrella is significantly less domed than it looks in the pictures, it also folds a little bit strangely. That said it does seem like it’s decent quality. It’ll just be a pain to open and close. The interior material is a rain jacket type of material that is black on one side, white on the other. The flowers look great, some of them are a little bit folded from shipping but overall they look nice. Some of them are folded because of the way the umbrella is stored, so I don’t anticipate those ones ever looking quite as nice as the rest of the flowers. The carrying bag is nice and made of the exact same materials as the umbrella. To get the umbrella back into the bag, each of the spines has to be articulated by hand before you can fold it to close it or to put it back in the bag. All in all, and this will be a nice parasol for my walks, but it isn’t exactly what’s in the pictures.

Pretty, practical, and fun!

I bought this to use for my son's field trip to Universal. It was amazing! Not only did it help me stay cool in our FL sun, but I also got so many compliments! The light weight of it was awesome. I didn't get tired at all holding it all day. The biggest bonus is I also felt like a princess with it. The beautiful detail of the embroidered flowers really stood out in the sun! I'm absolutely pleased with my purchase and plan on getting many other colors in the near future!

This is intended to be a gift for a friend, who is going to be living abroad for a few years. I read about the region in which she will be living, and it gets really, really hot there in the summer. She is going to want to do some touristy traveling, and she will walk a lot. A parasol seemed like a good bon voyage gift. What a beautiful parasol!!! It is small enough to really be a parasol--not a big, rain umbrella. I have read that black lining really works against UV rays. That was one of our concerns with a parasol. This parasol has a black lining, but it is not at all overwhelming to the beautiful top. It comes with a cute, matching bag. I had read the reviews saying that a person will never get the parasol back into the bag. I did. It took a little bit, but I did it. Can't wait for our friend to open this gift. Some folks in the reviews mentioned that the parasol was a little difficult to open and close. There are directions for how to open the parasol on the gift box, however, a little more instruction would have been helpful, like how to snap and unsnap the ribs. At first, I was afraid I was going to break something. It also takes some time to open and close, but it is so worth the time. There was a little bracelet/charm item enclosed with the parasol. I am not sure what it is. Does it go on the parasol somehow? It is cute. I just don't know what it is for. Like I said before--this is beautiful! Our friend is just going to love it!

Very beautiful used it a lot during the hot summer since it has UV protection I don’t feel the heat at all. Will buy again. Looks exactly like the photos and got so many compliments

J'ai pris une marche de 1h avec mon ombrelle pour l'inaugurer et je dois dire que je suis satisfaite ! Très drôle comme sensation d'avoir la tête fraîche . Moi qui supporte mal la chaleur surtout sur ma tête je suis impressionné. Je pensais qu'il allais briser facilement avec le vent agité qu'on a proche des champs mais non. Les moment où le vent étais trop fort je les fermer. Mais même pour moi c'était impressionnant la force. Une vrai bourrasque. Très hâte de l'essayer quand les température seras à 30. Voir l'efficacité de lombrelle. Très drôle la réaction des gens dans leur voiture quand il me vois avec mon ombrelle. Mais moi je suis satisfait et je prefere de loin avoir la tête au frais et me faire dévisager que mourir de chaud pendant mes promenade. ..

Stunning! As other reviews have said it is a bit of a process to open/close, which is why I only gave four stars, but took me maybe a minute on my second go, so isn't a huge issue unless you're using it for only brief periods.

Reason why I love this product is mostly because it's windproof. I live in a country where the sun is super heavy heat and there's a high wind blowing too. It does not break and it protect you from the sun. My only issue is the handle. It's too glittery so your hand ends up being sparkle with little shiny glitter. I use it everyday on windy summer and never have any other problem. I agree that when I first got the umbrella I was confuse on how to open it. The package came with a little tutorial on how to open it and afterward it was easier to use n put it back. I don't know if the quality is cheap or bad but it's doing it's job and work as intended. I love this product 0w0

I used mine all summer and honestly once you get past the weird stares people give you, it's amazing. Embrace the cringe of using a parasol and become enlightened folks. The UV layer inside is very effective at keeping out the sun and I'm considering getting a second colour for variety.
