Getting some stellar jaw workouts - Excellent product well worth the price. I have had these chews for a week now and wanted to share my thoughts and advices. Just to get this out of the way first, these WILL NOT give you a sculpted jaw if you are not also losing body fat through diet and exercise (weighttraining/cardio). Everyone has abs, but you cannot see your "six pack" unless you are LEAN. Same applies to your jawline. With that being said, I am very impressed with the overall presentation, value, and quality of these chews. You are actually paying for four chews, not one - with each color offering increasing levels of resistance. This increase in chew resistance is exactly as increasing resistance in a gym weight lifting training regimen. So as your jaw gets stronger, and those muscles start to build, you are able to keep increasing the tension for even greater continuous jaw gains. I have used these extensively for the past week and have not noticed any damage or degradation of the chews. Now the bad side (but there is a fix), if you are prone to an easy gag reflex, then you may have to modify the approach you use with the chews. I gag easily and when I try to insert both chews on either side, I am often unable to keep them in for too long before I wretch and have spit them out. Easy fix though. I am now doing each side separately with about 30 repetitions per side. I am still getting a good workout and achieving that soreness - which is indicative of muscle tearing, rebuilding = GROWTH. Overall, the Mayena jaw exercisers seem to be a solid investment. Review: Ejercitador - Very good; I've bought it several times already. ## Features - 4-LEVEL PROGRESSIVE JAW EXERCISER SET -- Includes 4 food-grade silicone jaw exerciser sets with gradually increasing resistance, designed for beginners and intermediates starting jaw training and progressing at their own pace. However, none of the levels lasted more than a few days without ripping, forcing me to go a size up. Also, if you have a sensitive gag reflex, good luck as it can cause some gagging. Overall I would give it 5 stars if they were just more durable ## Frequently Bought Together - Mayena Sports Jaw Exerciser for Men & Women | Core Strength Upgraded Model | Powerful Jaw Trainer for Multi-Level Users | Slims& Tones the Face (4 Set (Multicolor)) - JAWCKO Ultra-tough Jawline Chewing Gum | Get a Stronger, Squarer Jawline | Mighty Mint Jaw Training Hard Gum | Chisel, Sculpt, Tone your Jaw | 15X Hardness | Facial Fitness Mewing Gum | 40 Pieces/Pack - Jawliner Fitness Chewing Gum (2-Month Pack) Jawline Gum - Sugar-Free Mint Gum - Jawline Exerciser for Mewing & Shaping the Jaw - 15x Harder Than Regular --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/443802081-jaw-exerciser-for-men-and-women-4-pack-set-defines](https://www.desertcart.is/products/443802081-jaw-exerciser-for-men-and-women-4-pack-set-defines) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
