Excellent price and performance
I am building a tiny house, and I am doing the entire bathroom as a wet room, so I need to seal all of the cement board in the entire space. I ordered this instead of using the Redguard brand, due to how much of this comes in a roll, and the great price. This stuff is very easy to work with, and takes the Redguard really well. It coats easily, and holds well. It is extremely flexible and easy to work into cracks and corners. I am very impressed with how well this worked out for the job, and how much material came in the roll for such a reasonable price. I will definitely use this for any future projects I have, and I would recommend it to anyone doing any bathroom or other waterproofing projects.

Low cost membrane works well .
This fabric membrane works well when you saturated it well with the proper waterproof liquid agent. This fabric membrane is not bad for the price and to compare to the name brand ones. It's a third of the price that you paid for of the name brand ones.

Excellent tape
Used this on a vapor barrier in my crawl space and to seal a polyethylene barrier over insulation. Sticks well. High quality. Will definitely buy again.

Underwhelming
It works but not what I expected. It's not sticky and it isn't a solid tape. Kind of like a really dense cheese cloth.

I've been using it for all my waterproofing needs. It is wide enough to cover seams and fold over niches. I've used over 30 rolls with custom redgard and have no issues so far. Great value, nothing compared to it for the length and price.
