These are great easy way to boost fiber. Especially if you’ve really increased your protein to 150g or more these help you poop lol. These do not replace whole food fiber, but if your having trouble getting enough these are a great supplemental way to add to your diet quickly. They also taste good, and much better for you than regular candy. The really don’t taste like diet candy to me at all. Consistency is like a jolly ranchers gummy, or you know those gummy orange slices our grandma used to have ? Similar texture to that . They have some great flavors. I especially like the sour kind tho it’s not as sour as something like a sour patch kid.

Tastes just like candy. So awesome to get something so tasty while getting in your fiber with low sugar and low calories. I told a friend and she immediately put them on subscribe and save as well. I do keep them hidden from my son because they make him fart all night.

These are SO good, no lie… I’ve been buying them regularly so I always have some on hand. They have a great chew, taste like actual candy and help on the fiber front. Here is my ranking of the best flavors: Best ones: Sour Strawberry, all the citrus ones but especially pineapple and lemon. Sour apple, watermelon & peach. Least favorite: Any of the plain flavors like the whales that don’t have the sour coating (they just taste like kids fruit snacks kinda). I also am not crazy about the raspberry flavors but they still are better than those other low sugar candies. I’m autistic and so hugely picky about flavors and these are the first low sugar candies that actually taste great. Just don’t eat more than one bag at a time or you may end up a bit bloated 😅

Great low sugar and carb candy that hits the spot when those cravings hit! Can’t wait to try some of the other flavors! Just wish they were a little less pricey.

They are absolutely delicious but they do not have me running to the bathroom so to speak as they claim. So if you’re buying them strictly for fiber, etc., then they’re not for you, but if you’re looking for some extra fiber and a sweet snack, they’re perfect! But they are very pricey.

Amazing snack. Great taste with no sugar spike even if the whole bag is eaten. Wish Amazon could offer greater varieties and package size. This product tastes very similar to the jelly candy and not a sugarless substitute

I always the doctor's tire for the health Halo tax and being egregiously expensive. These stick to your teeth way less than the smart sweets. If you're looking for that nostalgic watermelon candy this is not it this tastes more like natural watermelon. When I'm looking for watermelon candies these are the ones are going to pick from now on. They are lowering calories than the smart sweep also so that's a bonus since I'm in a cut.
