THE 2HR AQUARIST APT F/Fix (100ml)

Used this as I was wondering how it works comapered to excel, and was happy with the outcome.I found with spot treatment in the tank it worked quicker and better.The product costs more than excel but really is worth it.I found that there was no harm to fish or plants.It's ashame you can't get the 500ml bottle. Anymore as it was better value but definitely one that I go back to.

Brilliant at getting rid of black algae in my tank. Easy to apply and good value as only a little need for each application.

Killed the BBA after a full overdose. Didn't touch the green string algae I have acquired.

Helped with my BBA when I used the pipette on the affected areas. I didnt have a massive outbreak but I believe it will handling it.

A had a horrendous string algae problem in my heavily planted 450l tank. All water tests were fine and I was using CO2 but couldn't stop the algae growing. Bought APT Fix and this is what I did. I used a 20ml syringe, filled it with APT Fix, switched off filters and pumps, gently emptied the syringe within a couple of cm from the algae, spreading it to different areas. Repeated this daily on different problem areas. Algae turned grey and slowly disappeared over 3 to 4 weeks. Now need to cut out any leaves which have not recovered before they rot. I also use Profito fertiliser and the plants are now growing well and free from algae. I'm keeping some APT Fix just in case!!

This stuff is brilliant. I’ve been battling bba for years. Always used liquid carbon and would put it on the affected area with a sponge during a water change but it would eventually come back. But this has got rid of it and it has stayed gone. Definitely recommend.

Have been using this for a few weeks now, using pipettes to target specific areas, everything is reducing down. No signs of harm to my fish either. Superb product, where others have failed.
