Really bigger than expected
This 32" screen makes my 27" curved look like a baby. Legit, its very pretty and aesthetic and the curve is actually noticeable. Do recommend. Speakers are also very nice.

I used to love you, ASUS - but maybe we should see other people.
What a headache this thing is. I've fiddled with all the settings, reinstalled drivers, used full-spectrum colors (on the control panel under resolution), tried a million things and after much ado I've sadly realized that this one is just .... cheap. ASUS, what happened, baby? You used to be so good to me. One big problem is that it causes a massive headache when reading text. It's like trying to read from an HDMI TV up close rather than a computer monitor. "Eye care." I wonder what that's supposed to mean. The text is grainy and blurred (no matter what you do with the settings, your drivers, display settings, and whatever else) and the "curve" effect just makes it worse. There's no way to fix it. I wouldn't even use this monitor for a workspace. I'd rather dig my eyes out myself with an HDMI cable. But more importantly, it's certainly NOT a gaming monitor, as advertised. The "gaming crosshair" is one of the most laughable ideas a company could come up with, inserting a giant blocky red circle in the middle of your screen (as if a game didn't have one already), and the other "effects" merely cause all sorts of problems. Colors are wonky, everything is pale, and nothing looks high resolution. It's a TV, meant for watching Sponge Bob. So it's a marketing monitor, meant to sell, sell, sell. Should you play a full screen FPS, colors and textures are washed out in weird ways no matter how you tweak the settings, at least on my NVIDIA GTX 1050. Shop around, I'd say.

For 32" and curved for $269 is a great deal, screen looks way better than my Acer predator Helios 300 and it's a nice display on its own. I use it with a gtx 1060 6gb and in order to bring out the rich blacks without a light band around the screen open invidia settings and use the card instead of onboard graphics and white band be gone. Giving 4 stars due to the blue light filter can only be applied to racing mode in monitor's OSD when I'd like to apply it to cinema. All in all while it's not perfectly clear and sharp it is well worth the price because it is a monitor afterall. Speakers suck but I use Logitech z906 so I could care less.

Was super excited for this screen because of the size and curvature. As noted in other comments though, the resolution is just not fine enough. At 32", you really should get a 1440p screen, not 1080p. Like many other reviewers I played with the visual settings. It is a very bright monitor, but that’s adjustable. I was debating whether to keep the monitor, but after an afternoon of using it to work I noticed I was straining my eyes because of the pixel blur on screen. It gave me a headache. I knew this would drive me crazy if I had to look at this screen everyday, so I returned it and paid a bit more for a higher resolution 32" screen. Overall I’d say this is an excellent monitor if you want a secondary screen to view side information. Looks great in portrait mode. Also looks really good from a distance. But for day-to-day use or gaming I definitely would either pay more for a higher resolution at this size, or go with a smaller monitor that’s better suited for 1080p.

Awesome Monitor!!! Highly recomend.
This is the second of the same monitor, decided that I could fit two on my desk and have had the first one for a year now and love it. Not as crisp and perfect of a picture as my wife's monitor but for the size and quality it definitely was a great purchase. I do play some RPG games and I enjoy this monitor for those, picture works for me. The curve is very nice, doesn't distort and the pixels are good enough for what I do.

Display stopped working after a year and a half
The monitor worked fine for about a year, then it started having problems when displaying videos. The whole display was tinged with red until I adjusted the HDMI cable, then the colors would be normal for a few seconds before going back to red. Then suddenly after a year and a half the whole display turned all white with an HDMI cable. I would not recommend buying this monitor for anyone. I called ASUS customer service and they would not give me a refund. Instead, I have to package up the monitor, explain in writing why it stopped working, and ship it via FedEx to Indiana. What a hassle!
