Very beautiful and just what I was looking for to enhance my Locs

I was looking for some classic wooden beads for my hair so I can add so pizzazz to my hair. These were the best option I saw. I loved the various patterns and designs that were all mixed together. It has an earthy look and is something that can be worn that can go with different aesthetics. The beads look exactly how they appear in the picture. The color is a great match. The only thing that I didn't like was that the hole in each bead wasn't sanded smooth. The wood had a very rough finish inside the hole. Attempting to bead your hair was a hassle since the hair would catch on the wooden rough fibers. This could be easily fixed by getting a small Dremel bit that will fit inside the bead and a few pulses will smooth it perfectly fine. Because of the risk of my hair getting caught I have yet to use them for any braids. However, I'm in my 6 set of starter locs and in my previous starter loc install I made some loc jewelry with these beads. Once my locs mature I will be able to wears these beautiful beads. The beads are also great for home décor. I added it to some rope to hang some stuff in my home and it gives the home a more exotic look.

These beads are a perfect size and color. The designs are very beautiful and the beads are light weight. I believe they can be used for practically anything like hair or clothing. I used them to make bracelets for a trip and the design on the beads lasted a very long time and I was able to make a lot of bracelets. I still have some beads left over after making at least 6-10 bracelets and a necklace.

Beautiful when I first got them, but after less than a month in, they’ve basically completely faded in color. One person told me it gives them a cute vintage look, but I personally don’t like it because I bought it expecting them to stay their original colors and patterns. It really just depends on personal preference though. If you’re fine with them fading, these are great! If you’re looking for more long lasting beads in terms of color then you should probably look elsewhere.
