This is a quality product that will help you become more aware about your posture and will prevent slouching when you wear it by pulling your shoulders back. Highly recommended

I was able to use this product a lot while I was at work and it really helped me stay upright in my seat. I sit about 8 hours a day at work and I know I slouch a lot. I didn't feel stiff at all and it felt really comfortable. The sizing fit just right and it sort of felt like a corset, so it really hugged my lower back to keep my back straight as I worked. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to help support your lower back and if you do sit for long periods of time. Super affordable and really comfy to wear all day too.

This item really helped when I was spending lengthy hours on the laptop writing my dissertation. It stops you from hunching over which support upper neck tension. I tend to get neck tension due to posture issues which triggers migrains but found this to significantly reduce symptoms and didn't get Migrains as much as I normally would. I did keep it on for a number of hours but took breaks from it, when you sit back down without the support it you can definitely feel the difference. I would recommend and it really did help me. I Googled various blog posts which helps you to choose the right back support for your needs so do this first before purchasing. I bought this off the back of one of the blog posts.
