As simple as can be to set up.
Dirt cheap and worked just as expected, my little dude is already fully leveled up, honestly if you're grabbing a Vital Bracelet pick this up. Extremely easy to set up even a kid could figure it out without guidance.

Exactly what you'd hope it would be; two Dim cards for the Vital Hero / Vital Bracelet. All 3 of the original releases are very good, with great selections of Digimon to work towards.

My complaints with the vital bracelet have nothing to do with these DIMs: they function as expected, came packaged cleanly, and are still pretty.
