Just my experience. Not a doctor. Magnesium spray works wonders to prevent and/or treat delayed onset muscle strain. If you’re an aging athlete spay and rub in. It will sting a bit for a while but it’s worth it.

This product completely got rid of my hip pain. So I was diagnosed with hip tendonitis. I have had it for about two years now! I see a physical therapist and no relief. It keeps me up at night. I thought to myself I wonder if a magnesium spray would help. Doctors said it would not. Please let me stress I am not crazy. This spray got rid of my pain completely. I would say it took effect maybe a hour hour half? And the pain was gone. Not one thing even pain reliever works! I am so thankful!!!! So clearly the product is great quality. I know this isn’t marketed for pain relief I just had to share my experience! You have no idea what a relief it is to not be feeling pain all the time.

I usually use the lotion/cream to help relax an ease my muscles. Wanted to try this as something a little bit lighter. It is STRONG! Little goes a long way- too much and it gets a little itchy.

Thos product is really good. The bottle clearly says it may tingle a little bit, which it will when applied to more sensitive areas. It goes away after like 5ish minutes though. It does leave residue after you rub it in. So after 20 minutes you can wipe it off. Also it is an oil so it will feel like oil lol.... not sure what people expected when it clearly says magnesium oil. Works well on my sore spots after working out.

Amazing, real worth of money, left biseps painful got relieved almost 90% within a month. Spend big sum to physio and drugs. Surprise to see no Doctors recommend this product fornpain relief. But in reality it is the best pain relief than anything available at OTC.

This has totally changed my life...I suffer with sciatica & other nerve pain. I struggled to walk at a general average speed. Just two days of applying this to the areas of my body which was in pain, I could walk at an average speed & even run for the bus (short distance). My mood has lifted & I'm feeling a bit more comfortable within my body & able to sleep better for longer as no pain to keep me awake or wake me up. I have discovered that you can make your own batch up at home, which I have now started to do which is just as effective, but alot cheaper. This product does what magnesium oil is supposed to do. The stinging, and itching is a good sign. It means there is a good amount of magnesium in the product. To anyone complaining about the texture, suck it up, this stuff is good for you, sure it feels odd, but its tolerable, and worth the benefits. To anyone who says it didn't help you sleep, you are not using enough. The first time I used this, I applied 3 sprays (in each spot) to my underarms, my chest, abs, and thighs. I laid down during the day, and I passed the F out. I slept for at least an hour, and when I woke up I felt like I was drugged. My body needed it. It was only that intense the first time I used it. I use it every night before bed, I usually feel more relaxed, and sleepy after using it.
