***UPDATE 2/12/24*** Contacted customer service as the original unit had an error where it would intermittently not work correctly. (The toilet seat warmer and water warmer intermittently stopped working). Customer service was very quick to respond, sending a replacement unit within 5 days of notification of the issue. I would give more than 5 stars if I were able to do so. 100% would buy again! Original review: This was a replacement for our Brondell Swash which finally bit the dust and the cost for a replacement was absurd. This was more economical and fit what we needed better for a fraction of the price. Not only was this easier to install, but outperformed the Brondell in spray, temperature, and comfort. I highly recommend this as a quality “luxury” bidet with a good budget.

This bidet works great. Prior to having rotator cuff surgery, I had this installed by a handyman. So glad I did! It works great — pleasant to use and cleans great. I did have to add an electrical outlet so that I could have heated water, but it was so worth it — especially if you have physical handicaps. I did wish that it had controls on both right and left though.

The seat warms up, install was easy but even though I made sure the hose was able to have water flow, the seat’s sprayer won’t work. Thankfully the team is super quick to respond and is sending us a unit that will actually work today.

There are not enough words in the English language to express how much I absolutely love this thing! For the first 43 years of my life I have been wiping my ass like a filthy peasant! There is no going back! Having no fear of repercussions from Taco Bell really elevates your life to a new level. This thing is absolutely amazing! It has tons of features and it works like a dream. I wish I had this back in 2020 when all of you savages bought up all the toilet paper! I cannot recommend this enough. Absolutely the best money I most likely ever spent. I have two other bathrooms in the house and every single one of them is getting one of these as well.

I'd like to start by saying I have never been a big fan of toilet bidets, they always seemed so weird and bizarre. Well, my feelings have changed wholeheartedly. During a recent visit to a relative's house, I realized every single bathroom had a bidet. I decided to give it a try and to be honest, at first, it felt kinda weird, but not in a bad way. I ended up using the bidet all weekend and realized this is something I need at my home. After my weekend visit, I returned home and decided to purchase this bidet and I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it! I installed this bidet in my guest bathroom and because of this, I haven't used my personal toilet at all. So, I've decided to purchase another one for my main bathroom, so I don't have to keep going to the guest bathroom! The warm water feels so nice and the fact that I can reduce my toilet paper usage by a ton really is appealing to me. And I will tell you, right now, it's very cold around here and sitting on a warm toilet seat is out of this world comfortable! Needless to say, I love this bidet and everything it has to offer, not to mention the great price.

Ive had experience with Smart toilets or extremely high end bidets and ive also used the non-heated value ones. I have to say that Im very impressed with this unit. The hardest part of the installation for me was just the rubber grommets that go into the holes in the toilet for the seat attachment. Other than that it was easy peasy and the installation instructions are easy to follow. Theres also a youtube video which helps as well. All the functions work as advertised and the unit is sturdy and the tank holds more water than I was lead to believe by some of the reviews. For the money I would not hesitate to recommend this or buy it again. If I had to give any knocks on it or make any suggestions for how it could be better, I would say that the control unit could either be removable for wall placement or maybe just an inch or two farther away from the side of the unit to allow for more easier access to all of the buttons. The only other thing I think could be better is the lid. I think the lid is a little flimsy, but again very small gripes for the price.

The Barumi Bidet seems to be performing really well this past month. Family likes it! Was easy to install, < 30 min. The heated seat in Minnesota is so nice!
