How do I get the powder into the brush???? This is crazy

Color Science provides a video in one of the left side boxes. Listen to the tape provided on this item by Color Science, or follow the same directions Below. First, remove the top cap, push down blue sleeve. Remove clear rubber band by rolling it up brush and discard. Pull the blue sleeve back up. Replace cap. Turn brush upside down and Tap 7-8 times on a hard surface. Turn brush up. Remove cap. Push down Sleeve. Run your finger through the top of brush and you should see powder releasing from brush. If you DO NOT see powder. Turn brush up; pull up sleeve; Recap; turn over again. Repeat hard tapping a few more times. Do no be afraid to tap hard on the surface. Turn brush back over again. Remove cap, pull down sleeve; Run your finger over the top of the brush again and 99% of the time, this will work. This is a wonderful product!

I wondered that too, and their website says it's been tested to have at least a three year shelf life, which is why they don't need to print an expiration date on this product.

Which is the shade of the pigment of these 3 pack box?

You pick your shade!! I use a lighter in winter and darker in summer. I have olive skin so I use dark in summer medium in winter!

Is the formula free of oxybenzone and octinoxate (reef friendly)?
