I didn't have room for a big table, and I won't stay here long, so I didn't want to spend a ton of $$ on a table. I found a collapsible card table and figured it would work just fine, and then if I ever move to a bigger place, I have a card table that stores away easily.But I also have a cat. And my cat has claws. And as cats go, he's generally good about furniture. But not this table. I think unintentionally he's caused holes in the table. His claws get caught easily and the table isn't exactly durable.But I didn't want a ruined table! So I bought a rubber card mat, and to cover that ugly thing, this table cloth. It's exactly as advertised, fits my table great. And every week or so, I throw it in the washer & dryer, and BAM, clean as new. No sign of cat claws getting stuck in the tablecloth fabric.
