Is this ok over makeup?

Will remove a little makeup, but it's one of the best sunscreens I've tried when reapplying over makeup

In the listing it states the brand as ‘Generic’ and not as Tocobo. How can this be authentic Tocobo? Especially at this cheap price??

Yes its great but if you will be reapplying it over makeup then it smudges as you have to pull it over your skin
