È facile da dosare perché scende a gocce, il tappo per la chiusura è pratico e sicuro. Il colore è esattamente come descritto, si mescola bene alle varie preparazioni ed è insapore.

A very striking Bright blue.
A very striking, Mediterranean type blue. It is made from Brilliant Blue E133 in a glycerin base. I have enclosed a photo, so you can: A) See the colour. B) Marvel at my piping expertise (Please don't laugh). This is 8 drops in approx 1/2 pint of Royal Icing. As will all of the PME colourings, the only slight negative is actually getting the drops out. It takes quite a snap of the wrist to get the drops to appear. However, perseverance will prevail, and it's always better to have too little, rather than too much. I hope you found this review helpful.
