Sensibo supports ANY air conditioner with an infrared remote control, including mini-split, window AC, ductless, portable, heat pumps, and even central air conditioners that come with infrared remotes.

Are all “special” remote functions supported?

We strive to accommodate a wide range of special remote functions. The integration of certain specific functions is subject to compatibility and may not always be feasible.

How Does Sensibo Differ from a Thermostat?

Sensibo controls your air conditioner like a remote control, whereas some central air systems have a wired thermostat. Sensibo doesn’t work with systems that only have a wired thermostat and no remote control.
