Has many uses I am finding. I use this for face creams and shampoo. It probably tastes good too but Fenugreek has a tendency to make a person overly emotional so I don't eat it even though it is great in tomato sauces. Better for me used on skin and hair. This is a good value but will take a while to get through the way I use it. Bag is resealable but suggest putting it in air tight container any way as does not reseal well.

I use this in my hair growth oil product and it does the job. I must say it definitely worked in helping to grow my hair along with the fam. It does not smell bad. It’s affordable. I would recommend to purchase.

Very nice and tastes like maple and tree but not in a bad way Only taste the maple in my tea and coffee Is hard to mix in though and needs to be hot

I absolutely love the flavor of fenugreek and this one is very good. I do not know what people are using it for in teas and stuff because you have to be very light-handed with it and learn how much to use. If you use too much (more than a few shakes) it becomes bitter. I love to use 1/8 tsp fenugreek with 1/8 tsp cardamom in combination in many soups and even desserts! The fenugreek is buttery flavored while the cardamom has a light lemony flavor. They're heavenly together!

I will have to rate this maybe a 3 star because I am not sure if it is giving me the intended results. It has a very very VERY earthy taste. Like fresh green grass. Try to take with other good tasting drinks. It doesn't break apart easily once I scoop it out with a measuring cup and place it into a drink even if it says put into warm drinks. Still doesn't break apart. I am taking to see what activity it will be doing body wise.

I used it with henna for my dull hairs.. It worked really well.. Brought shine and strength to my hairs while refraining hairfall.. All good for me
