Great compact sounder, not an HDMI port on the back
This is our first soundbar, we got it to improve our 65" Samsung tv (2018). Also we wanted something in white and this fit the bill. The subwoofer paired right away with the sound bar and the tv picked up the soundbar as well. Have our switch, DVD player and Apple TV connected to other HDMI inputs and the soundbar into the HDMI Arc port on the back of the tv. Now all the sound goes directly to the sound bar for all the devices and since the Apple TV remote already controlled the tv volume it automatically worked with the soundbar. The voice enhancement mode does help head dialog better and watching a movie the first night we were impressed with the bass from the subwoofer, since we never had one before. It was a big change! One thing to note, the general descriptions say the connection on the back of the bar is HDMI but it is actually MICRO HDMI. There is an included cable with the soundbar but if you want to run the wires in the wall or hide them in someway its probably not long enough, so if you want to have the cable handy right away to set it up it would be nice for the description to say MICRO HDMI. Unfortunately, many 'reviews' I found for the soundbar from different sources listed it as MINI HDMI which is NOT the same as MICRO. I bought a 10ft JSAUX 4k MICRO HDMI to HDMI cable and it worked nicely to run in the wall and be hidden away.

Good product, wrong color
Although there was no color option and all pictures were of a black sound bar, mine arrived white in color. Imagine my surprise when I gave this to my parents for Christmas. Wish that would have been somewhere in the description…

Great soundbar, excellent customer support
Initially, this soundbarwas not functioning properly. I called samsung customer service and was pleased at the attention I received to get it repaired. Now I have a great sounding atmos soundbar which I heartedly recommend.

Subwoofer won’t connect
Subwoofer decoupled from system. Two hours on the phone with CSR and I finally gave up.

Awesome slim sound bar and sub
This sound bar and sub from Samsung complements the Samsung Frame TV that we got recently. I like that the TV and the sound bar connects wirelessly thru WiFi and plays sounds simultaneously. Not the greatest Dolby Atmos system but above average and makes it up in style.

Much more limited than an Alexa device and doesn't support Apple Music.
After a year of use, I can say the sound is good, but I bought this because of the Alexa capabilities. The problem is the Alexa won't work on multiple room groups as an Alexa/Echo device would, so I cannot play music on the whole house at the same time. Also, the device does not support Apple Music, so if you use Spotify, you can at least ask for music on this sole device, but I have to subscribe to both Apple Music and Spotify, adding large streaming costs. Finally, streaming music is much louder than TV sound so when switching from one to the other, you get a loud surprise.
