I love the over-the-top inticate, colorful jeweled impact- like a peacock feather cast in resin. And it is solid, not hollow, so it has a substantial weight in the hand. The resin itself has a pearly shimmery laquer like shine which begs to be illuminated with one of those inexpensive color changing LED spotlights. For me, this has a Louis XIV voluptuosness, a baroque/rococo wedding cake finesse. An affordable bit of luxury. Not to mention an eye catching glimpse of Hinduism's wealth of other worldly imagery.
