This is a great item although a bit too big for me I have to wrap it around me which makes it quite bulky. Great idea though.

I had a lower back & glute pain from a strained muscle. This was really good to help ease it. The lenght is very large and quite combersome, but I am not big (5'2"& 7st12lb), I had to have it on the tightest it would go, which was actually good as the heated bit completely covered my back from hip to hip. It is good quality, lots of filling spread out evenly, and well made. The velcro is very strong. My only gripe, and it doesn't stop it from doing it job, is the whole thing, including the velcro strap has to go in the microwave, so if you have a small microwave it is a bit tricky to get in it. The initial heat lasts about 15 mins, but it stays warm for a further 15 mins after.

I purchased this belt to replace a much heavier one that I’ve used for years. Am delighted with the warmth and comfort it brings me for my back pain.

Good product and easy to use. Comfortable when strapping around your body. Unfortunately it loses heat very quickly
