I needed a power bank for a camping trip. For the size and price, this one looked good. Plus, I have had good luck with Belkin products in the past. The build quality is very good. I like it has two USB ports and a USB-C port. The USB-C port is how you charge the battery bank. Also, the USB-C port can be used to charge your device, it is bi-directional. There is a button on the side to turn the power on. On the other side are four led lights to let you know how much battery is remaining in the power bank. I charged my phone 3 times with this power bank during the camping trip and it it still had one led light left. It is very easy to use. The one thing to remember, if you plug in a device to charge and it draws very little power while charging, the power bank will auto shut down after a while. So, you have to push the power button again to turn it back on. It will then start charging again and then time out again and shut off and so on. The auto power off has to do this or the unit will stay on forever and eventually drain the battery even if you are not charging anything. It is not a flaw. It just has to draw the line somewhere when it is going to auto power down. But, if you charge any "normal" device (like a phone), it will draw enough power where the battery bank will see it and leave itself turned on until the phone is fully charged. Overall, I am very happy with this power bank.

Doesn't charge laptops

I always buy this product. It charges for hours, especially brand new. It does deteriorate over time, but thats from countless times of dropping it and having it for over a year. I’ll always repurchase this charger if I were to lose my current one. I have purchased over four of these portable chargers now.

Portable charger I had wasn't working as it had been, bought this one and have been glad I bought it. It's heavier than my old cheaper one, but it is still small and fits in pockets. Charges my phone on trips, and needs to be recharged less often than the old one. Looks good, not the cheapest charger I saw for sale but fits my needs and works!

Very nice. 10K is a good mid-range power bank for 'out for the day' use. It has a nice feel in your hand and is not slippery with a lightly textured surface. Be aware though that the total output power is only 15W so while you 'can' charge three...it will be slower. John Z

This thing is magic. Belkin is a very good brand. I've bout other products from them in the past. Pros: I can charge multiple devices off a single charge. Light weight and compact size Cons: The cable it comes with is Very short. Other than that this is a very good buy

It will not hold a charge and I've had it warranty replaced once already and at this point I want to refund from Belkin because I think that they're absolute garbage

I hardly ever plug my phone into a wall. I use battery packs whenever I need to charge, so my phone isn't tethered to a wall outlet. The sleek shape of this 10000mAh battery is the perfect size to plug in and carry in your pocket with your phone. I've replaced all of my other battery packs with these and have been very happy with the charge time and product longevity.

Is BELKIN- is AMAZINGLY Good!

I purchased this for an overseas trip and honestly don’t know how I managed without it before. Handy to have in the handbag at home too
