While the toe is a little narrow, the shoe looks great and is not bad for comfort. I received lots of compliments.

These are beautiful but I had to return due to they run large. I also didn't like how my socks showed on the sides. I will come back to buy these in a boot.

Very nice bootie with a stylish flair, however the sizing is off quite a bit. I normally wear a 7.5-8. In these, I had to order a 6.5. An 8 was more like a 9.5-10.

I haven't worn boots since I was in my 20s! I have a very close friend who is getting married & I wanted to wear something western. This is totally not my style, but...... I have bad knees, so I only wear flat shoes. I knew I needed to get short heeled boots. I also wanted a short pair of boots, but the Ropers I really wanted didn't come in my size. I chose these ankle boots & they are so nice. The color matches a western fringed purse I purchased perfectly. The boot design is lovely. Now for the fit! I read a kazillion reviews & ordered my actual size of 8.5. They have plenty of room at the toe area & are wide enough for my oh so very wide flat feet! I could've used a wide version, but they didn't offer that. The problem I have with any form fitted shoes is that I have a bunion on my right foot. Everything has to fit that foot perfectly. I wore them to a meeting & my knees, along with my bunion were screaming. I continued wearing them during the week with different socks of varying thickness. I wore them every day & I can see the right boot showing signs of stretching around my bunion. Thick socks were very painful! Wearing thinner socks works perfectly without causing any pain. My knees have adjusted to the heel height & I feel confident I can wear them to the wedding this weekend. They are now very easy to put on & take off. I'm really glad I purchased these & already know I will wear them even after the event. If you're considering a pair of shorty boots, these would be a great choice.

Boots are nice quality and fit well However they were packaged improperly and haphazardly leading to one of the boots being misshapen and creased terribly .
