I injured my left foot 3 weeks ago, fell and fractured my ankle + sprained my foot. Since then I’ve tried multiple things to help it including things like extra pain relief from my doctor, trying certain bandages or buying multiple different packs of compression socks to find something that helps my mobility, pain & recovery through healing . I’ve found that this product is of a much better quality Vs multi packs of cheaper compression socks. Some of the other ones were either too tight and constrictive or slightly loose + there was no hole for your toes to fit out of the end. I’d recommend these wether it’s your heal area or your foot as well , as they have pretty good balanced compression all over, I think this speeds up healing as well because it keeps the bones and soft tissues from moving while you walk . There’s also 2 rubber heal pads included to cushion your heal as well if that is where your injury is located. I’ve mostly been wearing it with just the sock & occasionally with my walking boot (moon boot) . So overall I think this product is better than other cheaper generic multipacks , Also if you’ve injured only one foot like most people do, you have 2 socks per pair that you can rotate around as well. Thank you for this product, I feel that this is definitely helping me protect my foot + aid it’s healing and recovery also .

Now I’m not the person who writes reviews but I have to say I just turned 43 years old and I go to the gym 3 times a week, to try and keep fit but a few months ago I start to get pain in at the bottom off my right foot when I found out it was Plantar Fasciitis, my god the pain when I get out of bed in the morning or walking the pain would run up up my leg, well today I got this product to help support my foot, well I was shocked it’s was a bit fiddly to put on with the heel pads and then the support sock on over the pad, but I have to say very comfortable. I live in the United Kingdom and I order this product the other night because I couldn’t take the pain of walking and you know if you are like my self a plantar sufferer you know the pain, even ibuprofen would only work so much, it took me a little while to get used to it but like it said on the packet, it does the job what it meant to do, is to support your foot and stop the pain so let’s give this a go and see in a weeks time but so far not a bad product, I would recommend this product to person like myself who suffers in pain with plantar fasciitis give it ago

I had to succumb to a steroid injection as my pain has been chronic for about 7 months, so I am now using these socks to try and sort my Planter problems out for whenever the steroid wears off so at the moment can't say if they work or not, I've not had heel pain either so can't comment on the heel pads, my problem is all in the arch. I am wearing the socks daily. They are a nice quality, and I can feel the pressure points which makes me feel well supported and they feel good on, I would suggest contacting the seller if you have swollen ankles and they will sort the right fit out for you no problem. I live in hope that this debilitating problem is about to be a thing of my past!

Although I didn't feel any real relief of pain due to my planter fasciitis my foot felt supported.

Didn't want to write a review straight away and tested them for a few weeks first. The socks are certainly helping with my Plantar Fasciitis and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is suffering. They are very comfortable and fit easily, I am a size UK8 I think any bigger would need the next size up. They have been washed several times now and are keeping their shape and close fit. Haven't used the silicone heel guards yet but will update when I have.

My order arrived really quickly, always fab if you’re in pain and want your item as soon as possible. My compression socks arrived well packaged and with some great information from the company if I wasn’t happy in any way. I’ve only just got them so it’s too soon to tell if they’re going to help. I have got them on though, I got the s/m and they do feel a little bit big, despite me having big feet for a girl! I love the heel pads that came with my 2 pairs of socks, I’m sure they will really help when I’m on my feet. All in all a great value product with a clear commitment to excellent customer service from the company. I would definitely recommend so far.

I’m a runner and I’ve had PF for 10 weeks. My foot has hurt daily and has sometimes kept me awake at night. I read the reviews and out of desperation thought I’d give them a try. These socks help take the edge off the pain and since I’ve been wearing them (3 days), I’m able to walk around without much pain at all. I don’t need to take any ibuprofen and can wear my usual shoes (with an insole too) for the first time since it started. The sock itself is not snug enough to give any extra compression, the company could do with making a XS/S size, but the silicone heel sleeves fit and that’s what has helped me enormously. I have tried to run on numerous occasions but have had to stop straight away. I honestly think I’ll be able to try again this week. Would highly recommend you give them a try.

Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for over six months I was beginning to think due to the nature of my job where I am standing for long periods of time, that it would not ever go away and I would just have to live with it and suffer the pain. Thankfully after some googling I tried this product and within a few days the pain has significantly reduced. I am so happy! The items arrived quickly and are excellent quality. It came with a free ebook about the condition which was extremely informative and helpful. I have just placed an order for another set as I currently can’t imagine a day not wearing them. Hopefully, as the ebook says, the compression socks will be helping me heal and before long I will be free of the condition but safe in the knowledge that if it returns I’ll know what to do. Thank you, literally changed my everyday life 😊
