As soon as I got the product out of the box and tried using it the elastic snapped! Poor quality and cheaply made. Waste of money!

Love it.
This actually works. I started off only doing a few minutes a day and built up to ten minute twice a day. I haven’t lost weight using this but I have toned my arms and my stomach is a less jiggly. My thighs are also stronger. I’ve lost inches not pounds. I’m a heavy lady and this is strong enough to hold my weight so the build quality is good. I think it’s easy to use and if, like me, you are out of breath after a couple of minutes at first don’t give up. Build up the time you use it gradually, it’s worth sticking with it.

Acquistato quasi per scherzo si è rivelato un oggetto molto utile per chi come me da oltre vent'anni non sa che cosa vuol dire nemmeno lo stretching. È molto utile per sciogliere i muscoli della schiena e ha alleviato molti miei dolori bastano davvero 10-15 minuti al giorno per stare meglio non so se Nell'arco del tempo oltre al mal di schiena migliorerà anche la mia diversa magrezza E comunque divertente facile da usare e non impegnativo. Concordo Comunque sul fatto che il disco leggermente più grosso sarebbe più confortevole per il resto estremamente soddisfatto

Me ha encantado, lo recomiendo. Ruido suave. Tengo un 39 de pie y es perfecto. Se siente los puntitos en los pies muy calmantes. Se mueve perfectamente y no se mueve del sitio si lo colocas correctamente. Se puede meter en cualquier sitio, no ocupa lugar, es ligero. Las gomas vienen bien para hacer brazo. Poco a poco se descubre para que sirve. Para hacer ejercicio puedes ponerte en el medio de una puerta, te agarras a los laterales y mueves la cintura. Hay que tener en cuenta que si quieres ver resultados, tienes que estar muy recta, contraer el abdomen y tenerlo rígido en lo que mueves la cintura. No se puede mover todo el cuerpo porque entonces no llegamos al objetivo. También lo puedes hacer detrás del cabezero del sofá agarrandote a el o si no el punto de apoyo puede ser la pared. Total lo recomiendo totalmente
