I would purchase this item again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ EGO Trimmer 4.0 Power Load *by D***. on September 5, 2025* ABSOLUTELY love it. It's just as powerful as a gas trimmer. LOVE, LOVE LOVE the power load feature. Light weight. Easy to use. I haven't had a chance to use it fully because the Ego Battery that came with the trimmer was defective. So I had to quickly contact customer service to report the problem and request a WORKING Battery that takes 10-15 days to receive. Luckily, I had already purchased a 2nd 56V 5.0 Battery compatible with the EGO Trimmer that actually WORKED. Go figure. So this sort of killed my desire to use it to test its full capacity and run time. Despite the dead Battery, I still believe it's an awesome trimmer.
