I didn’t have very high hopes in this product just because of the debilitating pain I’d have from doing any tricep exercise. To the point I’d have to quit my workout early and afterwards I’d have zero muscle soreness due to a failed workout but horrible elbow pain. When I tried these I was amazed by how I was finally able to complete a workout for triceps and chest. I measured around my arms and used the size chart and the ones I bought seem to be super tight. To the point it’s almost a workout just to get them on and positioned right. I found it easier to put them on inside out on my forearms and roll them on over my elbows. Great product. The wrist straps I don’t really use much at the moment but they’re definitely rigid and offer a lot of support as intended.

30 plus years ago I trained hard as a bodybuilder. So full of testosterone we weren't concerned about injury. Now at 59, still working as self employed and training as well, prefer to prevent injury. I was beginning to have discomfort in my elbow and wrists from heavier lifting. One of the bodybuilders I follow on the internet spoke highly of another brand of elbow support, but I wasn't convinced that an $80 support was necessary, so I gave these a try figuring Amazon is reasonable about returns. I measured for size from their website, ordered accordingly. Gymreapers responded with a very nice email. The order included 2 elbow supports and 2 wrist supports. The quality seemed impressive, the stitching, material and plenty of Velcro on the wrist straps. The elbow supports fit me fairly snug, comfortably snug. They made my skin slightly itchy, not bothersome itchy. They did not move, or slide down my arm, nor inhibit movement during each one hour workout. The wrist supports worked great, plenty of support, enough that I did not have any concern doing the heavy work. really like the logo as well. Most likely, like many others, experiences are not always positive ordering on line. Gymreapers contacted me upon placing the order, and after receiving the order expressing their interest in making sure everything was satisfactory. My personal experience, along with the warm fuzzy feeling of a company that seems to actually care, is a product that is well designed, functional, well made and priced fairly. At this point I am very satisfied with the supports, and the outreach from Gymreapers. I am not affiliated with this company, nor received any percs, just a consumer that likes to buy reasonable quality for my hard earned money. On a rare occasion a product exceeds expectation, this one did just that.

Great product I got the xl a there a little bit small for me well need to go up a size. My arms are 18in when flexed hope this helps.

It;s a good elbow sleeve. It won't eliminate the pain completely, but it help you when weightlifting, and rehabbing that elbow. The sleeve fits tightly around the elbow and can be a bit difficult when putting it on. I recommend rolling the sleeve in half, pull all the way up your forearm then unroll the other half of the sleeve up your arm. Sleeve washes fine, but don't put sleeve in dryer just let it air dry. For size reference I'm an athletic male, 5'9'' and weigh 200 lbs.

These work great for heavy weightlifting and takes away the tension in my elbows. The 2XL fit great and you can feel the compression in the lifting movements

I had the smaller one from GYMREAPERS and I love this brand but they left nasty marks and were very difficult to put on. I exchanged them for this set and my god it feels significantly better. Helps a ton with my “lifters elbow”, but I need to also get it fixed but I am too stubborn to not lift heavier each time. I’ll continue to support this brand forever

Terrible sizing chart, I followed the chart and bought Large which was still sizing up and they were so tight I couldn't use them. Ordered the XL and even those would not fit. I returned everything and no longer ever want to buy this brand.
