Good product, but service is over charged

The washing machine has performed better than I had anticipated. My clothing comes out of the washing machines clean and unharmed. Because the controls are easy to understand and use, I can easily change the settings to suit my needs. Additionally, the machine is completely silent, allowing me to continue working on other tasks uninterrupted. I'm quite happy with my purchase overall, and I wholeheartedly recommend this front-load washer to others. Quality wise satisfied. First time i have recieved from an item without plug to connect eventhough its bought from warehouse.

I was skeptical while reading the reviews but it works perfectly with no sound or vibrations like others claimed. People probably used the machine without removing the four transit screws/bolts that holds the drum in place causing it move from its place because of vibration and loud noises.

The washing quality is amazing with the clothes almost completely dry after rinsing. The only drawback is that the entire unit shakes vigorously while rinsing and is dangerous if you have unattended kids around.

Used for 2 years 9 months today the drum is broken. Not used heavily just 2 of us.very unusual damage.new one supposed to work minimum 5 years really disappointing
