Can these tracks connect to the Hot Wheels City tracks?

Hot Wheels “city track” uses two semi-circular tabs, but it also includes the connector and notch to connect with loose race tracks, like these.

I would not say that these are particularly flexible but they are identical to the tracks that come with the original sets.
