Not what you get
The parts and speeker are the same. Also the colours. No carry strap.

You could not purchase the IF and audio transformers digikey nearly as cheaply as buying this kit. Its kind of a poor quality radio with sketchy instructions. But it is a cheap parts spare.

This kit is the nicest of the available AM radio kits. The radio features 4 IF cans, plus two audio transformers for a push-pull audio output. The steel framed speaker is nicer than most. The resistors are carbon film and easier to read than metal film variety. The plastic enclosure isn't a super pretty design but its molded very well. Once assembled and tweaked, the radio has good sensitivity and selectivity. Audio is good, but it could use an AGC. The dial is sufficiently readable. It really only lacks an earphone jack and power LED.

Didn't have a red oscillator can as normal for an AM radio local oscillator. Built one and a friend built the other. Neither worked.

Seller will not provide English instructions for assembly & tuning of the RF stages. And it's NOT a 7-tube radio as described, there are no tubes, it's not nostalgic at all

I received the radio kit but I'm haven't had the time to put it together. All the parts look like they're there for the kit.
