I don't leave many reviews, but they are helpful so hopefully I can help others out when considering purchasing this sofa. The sofa was delivered in one huge box, but took only about 20 minutes to assemble with a few people helping. I've had it for just a day now, so I'll have to update this review in the long term, but so far I am very happy with my purchase! The leather is a nice, rich dark brown. I'd say it's slightly darker than the photos suggest on Amazon. Seats are firm, but comfortable - very supportive. Back cushions are softer than the seats, so you sink nicely into them. The cushions all have Velcro on the backs to stick them in place, so they are not leather all around. Be aware that this a slightly smaller sofa/chaise than maybe what would be normal. Three people can fit comfortably on it. My husband, who is 6' 2", can sit on the chaise with his legs out and his feet stick out over the edge of the chaise just slightly. That's not a big deal for us though. I'm looking forward to many years spent watching Netflix on this sofa!
