Fantastic buy for price, quality and ease of use.
Highly recommend this product. It is well made and the option of easily changing the grip strength as needed is great. I broke wrist and had surgery. My rehab therapist used this to help build back usage of my wrist. He said it could be purchased on Amazon. Immediately bought one. That was three months ago and I still use it daily. I have full function and use of my wrist. The price is fantastic and it was delivered quickly. Best purchase ever!!

Adjustability and Price
I ordered this to help with my recent bicep surgery. The grip trainer has performed well and has helped increase strength in my forearm and bicep. I also like the the fact that this particular grip trainer has adjustable resistance. The price point and adjustability were the main reasons I chose this grip trainer.

Good for rehab
Ordered this to help strengthen my wrist after an injury. I like the adjustments. Only con is my distrust in the plastic handles durability. It still works fine, just seems a little flimsy.

Handy, no pun intended! I use this in the truck, on the way to the gym or the golf course. Works on giving a tighter grip, witch I have noticed a difference, I like that it is adjustable also.

Nice hand grip trainer!
Bought the grip strength trainer because I had a tennis elbow injury and was advised to strengthen my forearms. It works great. I’ve been able to strengthen my forearms and recover from my injury. The trainer allows you to dial up and down the resistance, which has been great for me and my recovery. I’d strongly recommend the product.

Am Anfang war die Hantel ungewohnt in der Handhabung, da ich die "Normalen" gewohnt war. Diese liegt etwas anders, aber gut in der Hand. Der Widerstand lässt sich praktischerweise einstellen.
