Having recently had ear problems, seeing this as an Amazon choice we thought it was worth trying. Although I think it did unclog our ear a little, I don’t know whether it really worked. I guess if there was a lot of wax it would help, but on this occasion I don’t think it was wax causing the problems. It was fairly easy to use but if someone can help you drop the solution in your ear I think it’s more likely to go directly in though. The price was more expensive than I’d have thought it should be but at least it’s something that can be used again when your ears feel a bit blocked. I think olive oil has worked better than this but it was worth trying.

It worked for me, I have narrow Eustachian tubes that easily get blocked with ear wax it’s the best product I’ve used to date.

Received this yesterday, 25th May. Used 3 times then syringed my blocked ear this morning, cleared everything! Brilliant product, works very effectively I shall be buying again.

Useless

On my very first use the glass bead came off the glass tube and lodged itself in my ear! It had sheered off perfectly and was very difficult to remove. I had not inserted the tube into my ear at all - it literally just grazed lightly against my outer ear as I was dropping the liquid in. There was no snapping or clicking sound, so it was almost certainly already sheered. After finally managing to retrieve the glass bead, which had fallen into my ear canal and got caught in the liquid, I matched both halves of the glass and fortunately there doesn't appear to be an missing chips of glass as far as I can tell. Neither the bottle nor box showed any sign of damage at all and the plastic wrapping was still on the bottle. Clearly the item was defective from manufacture. Have contacted manufacturer and will work with them to help them identify the cause. I'm hoping it's a one-off manufacturing issue. But... Please be careful and gently test the glass bead with your finger before first use in case it's an issue with the batch. If it is defective, like mine, it will come off at the slightest touch. Or, use a different product, whilst Medi-Grade review what went wrong.

Gouttes qui fonctionnent lors d'un bouchon de cérumen. Peut s'utiliser en remède de grand mère. Avec de l'eau tiède chaude bouillie au préalable et les 2 ou 3 gouttes instillées à la préparation au final. Excellent résultat pour ma mère âgée. Le top!
