Does EMS training really work?

Yes! Bodify uses electronic muscle stimulation to simulate natural muscle contraction. In doing so, your muscles are exercised and stimulated to grow. As a result, your body uses energy.

How long does a training session last?

One training session lasts 25 minutes. You can choose between 15 different intensity levels before or during the program. Our trainers go through a varied workout, which is suitable for beginners and advanced.

What if something goes wrong with my trainer?

We are here for you! If you have any questions or if something is wrong with your trainer. We will find a quick solution for you - we promise!

When will you start noticing improvements from EMS training?

With your EMS training, you will begin to feel the first results within 4-12 weeks. During this time, your muscle will strengthen and become more toned.

How does the training feel?

When you start exercising, you will feel a tingling sensation. As soon as you increase the intensity, you will feel distinct muscle contractions. Over time, you will increase your training intensity and the first successes will become visible.
