Great item for the money. Item is very sturdy and well made. I’ve had my GoPro mounted on my Jeep door at 80mph and it never moved. Thank goodness the magnet is wrapped in rubber so it doesn’t scratch the paint, with a quick sideways motion it easily comes off.

I am very pleased with the magnetic mount. I have attached it to my vehicle frame in various locations to video suspension travel. The mount remains in place while traveling over bumps and high speed. The ball head is solid and does not move when using just the GoPro. Although strong enough to attach the light in a vertical position, it is not capable of holding a 13-ounce light on top of a go pro at an angle. The underside is coated so there is no risk of scratching a surface. Overall, I am incredibly pleased and confident that it will stay in place.

I bought this, slapped it on a rental car in Texas and drove around in the sun and rain. The magnet is powerful enough for an action camera. At first I was a bit concerned about loosing my camera but after a couple of battery changes I came to the conclusion that it wasn't going to fall off ever. My only gripe would be that the part that you tighten down to hold the angle of the camera is a bit fiddly.

I liked this little product, however I may have used it 10x in toral since I have owned it to put my 360 X4 on top of my roof. Last week I received my X5 and screwed it on and the little black plastic spinner below used to tighten up broke. Magnet is strong and what not but the piece breaking after 10 uses is not great. Ease of use: 10 Value for money: 5 Design: id give a 4 for the cheap plastic bits.

This magnet has a very strong hold. The build quality is great, I’ve had no issues. I haven’t used it in any high speed/wind situations so I cannot comment on whether you’ll lose your expensive GoPro or not. It’s a good size but not too large, so easy to mount and move around. It adjusts easily and quickly and holds where you want it to. Overall, definitely worth the price and a solid mount depending on usage.

Love this camera mount. I use it for my swim lesson business in my pool and it gives me amazing angles for underwater shots with my gopro.
