Unfortunately I've seen one too many of these bogus descriptors about products for sale here on Amazon; customers *think* they're going to get, as in this case, two of something only to order it and find out they don't. Personally, if the seller is too careless to make the product listing read clearly and correctly then they aren't good enough to get any of my money.
