Good read but there is a room for improvement.
I found the book very useful with various concepts explained in a simple yet effective language. Having said that, providing templates for various documentation that are required to run an effective PMO would definitely be a plus point. For people who are new to the PMO would have to go to another resource to get these templates. I’m sure the writer have them. Secondly, the book presumes a certain level of basic knowledge of PMO while explaining the concepts. I’m not sure whether that’s deliberate on part of the writer so people will be required to read the writer’s other publications that have been produced before this book. Overall, good read and it has enhanced my knowledge.
