Are these only lowering 1" or a full 2" ?? Most 2in only give an inch.

I'm sorry but I was so excited to get the part that I went right into installation without documenting the beginning and end stance. I can say, I do sit flat footed on my RoadGlide now... sorry I don't have measurements to back up how many inches it was lowered.

I have ‘21 fltrx w/legend revo arc suspension. what impact will these have on the geometry of the system? less travel? diminished rebound?

They do slant shocks more to rear. Reduce wheel travel, and turn angle. I never scraped boards till I installed these.
